For our non-personalised items, your order will be posted within 2 working days as long as the order quantity is below 100. For personalised orders and large quantities please allow 7 working days for your items to be shipped. If you need your order sooner, please get in contact with us and we’ll do our very best to accommodate.
How Much Is Postage And How Long Does It Take?
Shipping is free for all UK orders. All UK items are sent using either First Class Royal Mail or UPS and should take at least 2 working days with Royal Mail or next working day with UPS. International Orders are sent using Royal mail and shipping costs vary depending on your destination. International shipping fees can be seen upon checkout. No duty fees will be payable. Please take into consideration delays due to COVID.

Our cake toppers are made from either premium 300gsm low-shed glitter card, acrylic, or wood. Please see the product description to check what material is used.

Can I Return My Order?
We do accept returns as long as they are unused and in their original packaging and within 7 days of receiving them. Please contact us to arrange a return.
